Technically no. There may be some back woods country where a woman rebel might have such a power but in most countries, just as a man cannot own a slave neither can a woman unless she is married to him. Even then a slave that insists must be freed or the owner might find themselves in a loss of freedom.
A Lady can however train more than one man. In fact for FemDom to spread, it would seem natural that an experienced Domme would train both a wife and her slave. Like dog training, both the dog and owner are there. Sometimes the owner will hand over the leash to the trainer but the main point is that both owner and slave learn together to be a team. For the sake of propriety a woman should never be alone with another woman's man. I can see as FemDom grows, where couples come together for work groups in which women share new ideas and hypnotic techniques with their sisters and demonstrating it on their men. Football night would be a good time with all the males watching the big screen full of swirls and hypnotic patterns. They could be shown the last moments of the game and made to think they saw it all and had such a great time they want to do it again. Of course once they were all collared there would be no need for the pretense, they would just obediently sit in trance accepting any new hypnotic commands the women wanted to try out on them. They will want to return only remembering they had a great time but not why.;-)

Christianity and FemDom
It is easy to know what Scripture tells us and for some easy to forget. FemDom must fit within Christianity if that is where your values are and not bend Scripture to your desires. In KJV Philippians 2:12 , Scripture says: "Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." I take that as a very serious warning about messing with God's Word. How picky is God? Well Cain's sacrifice was not accepted by God and Josephus tells us it was because Cain's heart was not right. Ignorant teacher's say it was because Able's sacrifice was a Blood Offering but that is not true. Blood Offerings occurred much later and Cain and Able's sacrifice were First Fruit Offerings. In other words it was the best of bounty they had been blessed with. Quite simply the New or Last Testament of God tells us in Hebrews 11:4, : "By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh." See, worshiping and obeying God must be on his terms. Want more proof? Consider this, When the Children of Israel were wandering in the wilderness, twice they were in a great drought and came to a place called Meribah. The second time, about twenty years later Moses was told to praise God and to command the water to come forth. Instead in his arrogant pride, he belittled the congregation and as recorded in Numbers 20:11 he struck the rock twice. Moses was not told to strike the rock this time and this action caused him and Aaron to lose ther lives without ever seeing the end of the journey nor the promised land. I could go on and on so let this be a warning to Feminists trying to make FemDom into something it was not to be including a religion.
I want to also add a warning. I used to believe that most Holy Scripture translations were done with good intent and accurate enough that with guidance from the Comforter, Spirit of Truth, Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost, one would be able to find salvation. I am now convinced this is not true and will add a special warning about the NIV or often referred to as the Baptist's Bible. It keeps being changed (Word of God unchanging?) and new copyrights but it was written for two reasons. One was to make women submit to men, and two was to eliminate responsibility for sin. I even had a Baptist Minister with a flock of over 4,000 tell me he could murder me if I spoke the truth to his congregation and that he would be saved because he is already saved. Sick Sick Sick as are all man made religions. If your religion calls a man Father when only God is our Father, Calls a man Pastor or Bishop when only Jesus is our Pastor/Shepard and Bishop of our souls then there is some more of that arrogant pride that proceeds a false religion.
In Galatians 3: 27-29 Scripture says: "For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." These words tell us that it doesn't matter what we are as long as we are Christ's. Gynarchy which is rooted in Paganism and Female Supremacy which makes it up as it goes have no inheritance in the Kindom of God. False teachers like E. Sutton create a religion that diminishes men to make women feel better about themselves and it is at the expense of their own salvation. Christianity is supposed to be uplifting to everybody/
Guess What??? One hundred and fifty years ago, my GGGGrandmother and other FemDom women were looking to improve the lives of both men and women. Her story deserves a whole book but she was one of the first woman and native american woman to obtain a medical license and she used hypnosis on men. It was purported that she hypnotized the men in charge of college admissions to help female medical students and prior to that she used hypnosis as anesthesia on the battlefield alongside her husband during the civil war. It seems some men also would not accept the ministrations of a female unless also hypnotized. Anyway she maintained a Wife's rightful place was beside her Husband to be his equal partner in life.
Christianity strives for a decent treatment of all. It encourages freedom for all but also acknowledges freedom is not alway possible. It suggests a man not get married because he will lose his freedom and spend too much time pleasing his wife. It also suggests if a man has the opportunity to be free (not from marriage), that he should take it, if free he should not seek enslavement but men did become slaves both to women in marriage and bosses or overlords. Let's look at more Scripture, In Colossians 3: 18-25 " Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them. Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord. Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.
In Christ, can a man be a slave. Yes we can. And marriage is a state of enslavement of the man to the woman and the woman to the man. If a man is a slave what is his duties? To his wife it is to love her and not be bitter. To his children. it is to raise them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Even as a slave a man is to be loved and reverenced by his wife and family. Why might a man feel bitter toward his wife? Whether perceived free or cognizant of his marital enslavement (certainly a lot of men feel that way Viz-a-vive the old ball and chain reference) the man has power over the woman and she has power over him.
In review, can a man be a slave, in Christ? Yes. Can a woman be a master? Rare but historically Yes. Could an un-married woman take a male slave for a husband. Under what circumstance would that not free him. If the man were a slave by a bond to a family or a tribe and that bond had not expired, he would not be freed.
Some FemDom have tried to supplant the man as head of the household and having a specific responsibility to take care and lead the family. Even as a slave a man would be expected to serve his obligations first to God then to his Wife/Mistress. She does not slip in between the man and God. If he has taken a bond or if he was captured and sold into slavery he would be expected to obey his Mistress but not as a man or should I say a woman pleaser. On the other hand if she were his wife he would be expected to fulfill his husbandly duty there too!
Can FemDom exist with in Christianity. I believe so but practioners are reminded that there are lines drawn that must not be crossed. Really Ladies, you should Love and admire the man that is willing to submit himself to you with the utmost in nurturing, devotion and fidelity. See to it he reads the Scriptures and be the spiritual leader and servant of God he was created to be. If he is labor and you are management then God's Will will be done.
There is a lot more Scripture to consider but for tonight this is for your consideration. If you take a bond and agree to be your wife's slave then it is also an obligation to God, just as marriage is and in fact only under current laws can such state be. If she is a good and faithful wife and true to her bonds in marriage, well buddy you are stuck and I only hope she is one that likes a happy slave.

Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God: and whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons." As can plainly be seen here, a wife is to submit herself to her husband. This means she would not submit herself to another man, that is adultery. It doesn't say she has to obey her husband and the way she submits to her husband is in a Christian way. It would not matter even if he were her slave. This idea that he can be locked up in chastity for a long time is fraudulent. Theres a better way anyway so stay tuned.

Not about myself well pretty much anyway.
Howdy:
I guess I should say a few things about myself to form a base to build and share ideas upon. Obviously I am interested in FemDom and in particular the use of hypnotic conditioning to achieve a happy male that will not be able to resist his female's plans for him. Hey can we men resist anyway? It is however nice to find her plans pleasant and acceptable even if they have to brainwash us.
First understand that it is highly unlikely that a hypnotist is going to be able to convince you to do anything you do not want to do. On the other hand if you are going to be persuaded, conditioned or brainwashed, well over time hypnosis can make the affect quicker, better and permanent. It is a natural thing for women to condition their men. The man is fighting biology, social pressure and modern mind control. The caveman fared little better. When the great hunter returned to the village and took his woman, he would be captured by biology and her feminine wiles that would bring him back again and again and this would assure that she and their children would have meat to eat and skins to wear.
Guys I will admit being a slave to the right lady is not so bad. I would like to know what tools the ladies want and see if they could pull it off and take over the world. Before we guys let you gals rule though, there are a few things we need to remind you of. White European Descent Men brought you to Freedom. We gave you basically every right we have and then some. And we WEDM gave women the right to vote and own property. Men have cheated on their wives and it has long been against the law for them to do so and damages have been sought and won. Cheating is wrong and harems are illegal for either gender. It is against the law for a man to incarcerate, chain or beat his wife and the obverse is equally true. Now a man cannot even insist on marital relations with his own wife. Lady if I belonged to you, I'd hope you will take and enjoy me anytime and often. Some things may have taken longer than what was right but we have been there for yours and your mother's lifetimes. I will admit I would like to be owned by a Lady again but it is complicated.
